About the position

The Associate Salesforce Administrator at Imprivata will support daily operations, maintenance, and enhancements within Salesforce. This role requires a foundational knowledge of Salesforce to provide effective solutions for stakeholders and involves collaboration with Salesforce developers for advanced technical requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing both strategic goals and routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine user account management including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Assist in configuring standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to senior admins when necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new Salesforce features and updates.
• Assist in maintaining integrations with third-party applications and tools.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of Salesforce experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for CRM systems.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce Associate Certification is a plus.
• Previous experience and familiarity with business applications, CRM systems, and systematic tools is a plus.
