About The Position
The Associate Scrum Master at EAB will play a crucial role in the Enrollment Marketing Technology Development team, overseeing the full product lifecycle of various initiatives. This position involves facilitating Agile processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvements while ensuring that sprints are completed on time and that teams meet their commitments. The Associate Scrum Master will lead Agile teams through key ceremonies and support the Product Owner in executing the Product Backlogs effectively.
