About the position

Adobe is seeking an attorney to join its global investigations legal team within the Compliance and Ethics department. This role involves conducting comprehensive investigations related to compliance topics, ensuring adherence to the Code of Business Conduct, and supporting various compliance initiatives. The attorney will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and will be responsible for managing investigations from start to finish, including evidence collection, interviews, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of compliance-related investigations
• Assist with operations, metrics, and reporting for global investigations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks
• Execute trainings and communications plans to ensure consistent application of compliance policies
• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams on time-sensitive investigations
• Provide support for various other compliance programs and controls

Requirements

• A strong moral compass and exceptional judgment
• JD plus admission to practice law in local jurisdiction
• 6+ years of legal experience conducting internal corporate investigations
• Subject matter expertise in the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours for global investigations
