About the position

The Associate Service Advisor at Crash Champions plays a crucial role in the collision repair process by optimizing repair estimates and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves educating customers about vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the repair process. The advisor is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to achieve profit benchmarks.
  • Educating customers on the vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
  • Providing estimates that support the organization's DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
  • Finalizing total loss administration.
  • Reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers to provide personal, trusted service.
  • Greeting customers by phone or in-person and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Completing all required training and assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
