This role focuses on optimizing repair estimates, educating customers about the repair process, and ensuring a high level of service to achieve organizational goals and maintain strong partnerships with insurance providers.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
  • Educating customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, and safety.
  • Providing estimates that support the organization's DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
  • Finalizing total loss administration.
  • Reviewing the comprehensive repair process with customers to provide trusted service.

  • Commitment to a 7-9 month program completion.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Ambition and proactive engagement in learning.
  • Ability to observe and inquire about all areas of the location.
  • Completing all required training including assignments in CYOU and I-CAR.
  • Weekly completion of a tracker through the end of Stage 2.
  • Writing as many estimates as possible.
