The Associate Software Architect at UST Global is responsible for designing and developing software architecture for various projects, including proof of concepts and prototypes in emerging technologies. This role involves mentoring junior developers, conducting technical training, and ensuring adherence to software coding standards and best practices. Responsibilities

• Design and develop software architecture for projects and prototypes.
• Analyze and integrate software tool sets for projects.
• Develop technical training programs for the organization.
• Mentor Systems Analysts and Senior Developers.
• Conduct internal technology seminars and technical training.
• Establish and perfect software coding standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Two years of experience in Information Technology services or related occupation.
• Experience with Global Delivery model and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S.
