Responsibilities

• Analyze the client and investment management lifecycle to design optimal software solutions.
• Support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application design, system development, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Create technical design documents to describe planned solutions and their dependencies.
• Leverage and learn core in-house technologies to scale solutions effectively.
• Ensure software service resilience and meet recovery time objectives for delivered solutions.
• Drive the creation of technical test plans and utilize automated testing environments to ensure code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 24 months of experience in the job offered, as an Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
• Experience using SQL and corresponding tools to query data.
• Programming experience with Sybase, Java, Python, Cassandra, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, and UNIX.
• Familiarity with multi-threading and methodologies including test-driven development and object-oriented design.
• Utilization of Agile development methodologies.
