About the position

The Supply Chain Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager LillyDirect is responsible for facilitating the Order to Cash process, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with financial and SOX reporting standards. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to support Lilly Direct customers, ensuring timely order fulfillment and operational efficiency while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfillment for trade and consignment inventory and billing transactions for Lilly Direct Customers.
  • Test and design enhancements to the Lilly Direct O2C process with other functions including BPKC and SAP teams.
  • Ensure revenue recognition and billing is appropriately invoiced for proper reporting across the network.
  • Complete inventory reconciliations for Lilly owned/consigned inventory and ensure discrepancies are accounted for per SOX governance processes.
  • Run reporting to determine on-hand inventory, future inbound availability, and gross revenue recognition as needed.
  • Support new Lilly Direct customer onboarding setup including customer creation and maintenance in SAP.
  • Handle issue resolution and account relationship for Lilly Direct sites for O2C/Operational/Financial issues.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional governance meetings with LillyDirect Consignment Partner(s).
  • Ensure customer orders ship on time and in-full to Lilly Direct customers.
  • Comply with all Special Security Substance, Sarbanes-Oxley, cGMP regulations, PDMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop/improve processes to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve productivity.
  • Support requests for customer shipment and inventory reports and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of supply chain, manufacturing, or finance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain/Finance/Customer Service or similar experience strongly preferred.
  • APICS CPIM certification or CPA preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supply chain management or finance roles.
  • Certification in APICS CPIM or CPA.
