The Associate Systems Analyst at Ann Sacks is a pivotal role responsible for the maintenance of systems and programs, as well as supporting implementation efforts. This position is hybrid, based in Portland, Oregon, and involves a dynamic set of responsibilities that require engagement with both internal and external customers. The Associate Systems Analyst will assist in the preparation of systems, test criteria, and program specifications, while also performing necessary tests to ensure system functionality and reliability. In this role, the Associate Systems Analyst will provide first-level support for the Sales and Service Teams' systems portfolio. They will collaborate closely with the Manager of Digital Solutions to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to balance immediate customer needs with ongoing project tasks, and will be involved in various aspects of system support and development. Specific responsibilities include assisting with new product launch activities in SAP, which encompasses creating new materials, bills of material, routings, pricing conditions, and info records. The analyst will also support day-to-day business processes for Salesforce Sales and Service, ensuring that these tools are utilized and optimized effectively. Additionally, they will develop reports to help managers leverage the Salesforce platform for business growth and act as a liaison with Kohler IT on systems issues, communicating status and resolutions throughout the organization. The role also involves participating in the implementation of new Ann Sacks technology solutions and conducting regression testing for all Salesforce Clouds and SAP ECC to ensure that existing systems remain unaffected. The Associate Systems Analyst will create test scripts and work with Corporate IT to meet all regular testing deliverables. They may also assist or lead minor projects and initiatives as required, and participate as functional support for Kohler Enterprise initiatives, with potential opportunities to serve as a functional lead.
