About the position

The Associate Systems Analyst in the Connected Customer Group at Expeditors plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's logistics capabilities by managing and analyzing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other connectivity methods. This position focuses on understanding client requirements, mapping data exchanges, and collaborating with clients and third parties to ensure seamless integration into the supply chain. The role demands strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and effective communication to support the movement of freight and foster client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client EDI specifications and business requirements.
• Map data exchanges between Expeditors, clients, and third parties.
• Collaborate with clients and third parties to distill information into mapping documents.
• Manage and drive multiple projects across various states.
• Provide visibility to inventory in transit through effective data integration.
