About the position

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Technology & Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting global Talent Acquisition initiatives, focusing on technology administration, user support, training, and process optimization. This position is part of a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the talent acquisition process. You will collaborate with various departments to maximize the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support for global Talent Acquisition service delivery and MyEcolab support for Workday Recruiting and global recruiting processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert for global TA processes and Workday Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with a team to prepare and present Talent Acquisition training and education for Recruiters, TA Coordinators, and a global Talent Acquisition network.
  • Administer subscriptions and access requests for various TA technologies and platforms.
  • Manage standard monthly requisition and OFCCP audits.
  • Perform Workday feature release testing and collaborate to prepare and present Workday business readiness and educational content for Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Workday Technology and HR Shared Service teams to continually improve the recruiting experience and onboarding processes for candidates, hiring managers, and global Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Participate in and manage Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, and Enterprise projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience as a user, user/process/administration support in Human Capital Management or Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of St. Paul, Minnesota

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related concentration
  • 1 or more years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or TA or HR Shared Services
  • Previous Ecolab TA or HR experience
  • Experience working with Recruiting Technologies (Workday and Phenom)
  • Excellent technology/systems aptitude including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments and business functions
  • Solution oriented and proactive, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
