About the position

The Associate Talent Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the Global Brand & Communications team at Liberty Mutual, focusing on developing and managing an integrated talent marketing strategy. This position aims to attract top-tier talent by promoting brand awareness and positioning Liberty Mutual as an employer of choice in a diverse and inclusive environment. The role involves collaboration with various internal stakeholders to execute external talent marketing campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Leads creative development of strategic external talent marketing initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and application through various tactics such as website content, email marketing, hiring events, print, video, and digital media.
  • Supports performance measurement and analytics of assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Manages relationships with internal Talent Acquisition stakeholders to drive creative development and execution forward, delivering on identified opportunities and objectives.
  • Partners closely with internal teams (Social, PR, ESG, DEI, etc.) to identify new go-to-market opportunities and promote the talent brand story.
  • Manages internal creative teams to ensure timely production and delivery of assigned projects and campaigns, including managing creative kickoff, conducting reviews/approvals, and delivering feedback.
  • Creates presentations that are well organized with inputs from manager and partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise brand identity and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing-driven organization.
  • Strong integrated marketing experience, knowledge, and associated skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project management or agency account management experience with a solid background in integrated marketing; employer brand or talent marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of successful omnichannel marketing campaigns, inclusive of paid digital media.
  • Experience with iCIMS Video Studio, CRM Marketing, and/or website development a plus.
  • Budget management experience preferred.
