About the position

The Associate Technical Account Manager for CPG Ads & Promotions at DoorDash plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical integrations and business needs. This position is responsible for influencing the product roadmap, managing API partner relationships, and ensuring successful feature adoption. The role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining API documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Influence the product roadmap with API-specific requests and ensure feature adoption by API partners.
• Serve as the first line of defense with API partners on product updates and inbound questions related to feature integration and troubleshooting.
• Own the API channel, including revenue and advertiser adoption goals.
• Manage API documentation and communication, including integration and maintenance on DoorDash's developer portal.
• Triage advertiser inquiries for bugs and data discrepancies across DoorDash's advertising platform, investigating root causes and relaying updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, platform integrations, sales engineering, or product management (advertising/retail media network experience is a plus).
• Strong technical knowledge of integrations and APIs, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building relationships within cross-functional teams and owning revenue goals in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL, enabling interpretation of complex data and extraction of valuable insights.
• Bachelor's degree required.
