About the position

The Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) role at Yardi involves providing exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving software issues related to Yardi's suite of products. This position is integral to the Procure to Pay Team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvements in software solutions. The ATAM will work closely with clients and team members to ensure smooth product implementations and upgrades, while also gaining expertise in the real estate technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues and find effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support during product implementations and software upgrades.
  • Follow up on issues requiring additional research or information from clients for timely resolution.
  • Prepare detailed write-ups for escalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensive documentation for issue resolution.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through coordinated weekly calls to facilitate setups and maintain ongoing connections.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across the US to contribute to the collective success of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
  • High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support over email and phone.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a desire to exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a diligent approach to following processes.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of accounting principles to address client inquiries related to financial processes.
  • SQL Server and web Server knowledge.
  • Previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting.
