Join Yardi as our new Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and play a pivotal role in reshaping the Senior Living sector! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues through phone and email, utilizing Yardi's state-of-the-art product suite. Your contribution will go beyond just support - you will actively collaborate with our team to drive continuous improvements and advancements in our products, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the best and stay ahead in a competitive market. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will research, analyze, and use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues. You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to help train clients on new features and functionality. Your responsibilities will also include performing data mapping, conversions, and supporting software customization based on client requirements. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams in training, conversions, sales, and development on a regular basis. Building rapport with clients is essential, as you will perform systems and business process reviews and make recommendations on best practices. You will collaborate closely with team members across the US, actively contributing to the collective success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze and use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues.
  • Help train clients on new features and functionality using strong interpersonal skills.
  • Perform data mapping, conversions, and support software customization based on client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Management, or Healthcare.
  • Prior experience working in a customer support role setting and managing expectations.
  • Project management, accounting, property management, or healthcare background.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • High comfort level troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
  • Great people skills and the ability to be personable and professional.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous technical support and application troubleshooting experience.
  • Prior experience with Yardi software.
  • SQL, Basic server and web server knowledge.
