About the position

The Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) role at Yardi involves providing exceptional customer support for their co-working software solution. The ATAM will troubleshoot and resolve software issues, assist with product implementation, and collaborate with clients to ensure they effectively utilize Yardi's products. This position offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert while contributing to continuous product improvements and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support, assisting clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform product implementation and conversion services for assigned clients, analyzing operational needs and determining initial system configuration.
  • Assist with data mapping, conversion, and user training.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product to efficiently test new software functionality, data fixes, and set-ups.
  • Assist with continued software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) offering insights on product features and best practices relevant to clients.
  • Identify ancillary products and services that align with client business and operational needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on new software upgrades and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services team members across the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • High comfort level with troubleshooting and providing support over phone and email.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous technical support and application troubleshooting experience.
  • Working knowledge of accounting practices.
  • Basic competence in Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language.
  • Prior experience working with property management or real estate software.
