The Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) role at Yardi Systems involves providing exceptional customer support within the Public Housing Team. The primary mission is to resolve software issues and ensure a seamless experience for clients during product implementations and go-live processes. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support during product implementations and go-live processes.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot application issues and find effective solutions.
• Follow up on issues requiring additional research or information from clients for timely resolution.
• Prepare detailed write-ups for escalated issues, documenting cases and creating comprehensive documentation for issue resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through coordinated weekly calls to facilitate setups and maintain ongoing connections.
• Collaborate closely with Public Housing team members across the US to contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

• High comfort level with troubleshooting and providing live support over phone and email.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for exceptional customer support.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of accounting principles to address client inquiries related to financial processes.
• Previous experience in technical support and application troubleshooting.
