About the position

As an Associate Technical Product or Project Analyst at Visa, you will play a crucial role in implementing strategies, designing, and configuring new products and projects. This position focuses on enhancing the operability and reliability of Visa's core applications, ensuring best-in-class service delivery to clients globally. You will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders and engage in reporting and data analysis to support project management and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders including internal product teams, engineers, and business operations.
  • Deliver project and program reporting, create summaries and overviews of investments, and review content for executive-level reporting.
  • Integrate reporting with governance practices to drive compliance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to define and execute product objectives and create actionable product roadmaps.
  • Communicate prioritization to stakeholders and drive consensus on initiatives and features.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and program health tracking to provide visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Extract, combine, and transform raw data from various sources to present insights for management decisions.
  • Maintain User story backlogs through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, and other scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years relevant work experience with either Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS, Cybersecurity, Business or a related field, graduating January 2024 - August 2025.
