About the position

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include discovering new design activity, possessing analytical skills to accurately track and forecast revenue, and speaking technically with engineers to design-in technology on new design opportunities. The candidate must think strategically to focus on the highest growth opportunities and have the ability to grow and foster relationships within strategic accounts, which include executive leadership, engineering leadership, and design engineers. The Account Manager will be responsible for revenue growth and design funnel growth, with direct responsibility for driving opportunity discovery, design-in, and design win revenue conversion, managing the full funnel. They will process RFQs and lead quotation processes, negotiate annual price adjustments, and be responsible for accurate forecasting of customer revenue monthly. The candidate will develop, execute, and review account strategy with management, drive design wins directly and with ODM collaboration in other regions, and work within a team environment to manage and interact with resources across multiple cross-functional teams and regions. A high motivation to sell solution-based silicon is essential.

Requirements

  • Degree required, BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Recent Graduate with 0+ years related experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Some travel required
