About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is an entry-level position responsible for achieving sales quotas and providing representation and education in hospitals across the Cincinnati territory. The role involves planning and executing product education programs, creating new sales opportunities, and expanding existing business in critical care settings. The ATM will work closely with clinical staff to integrate new technology and ensure optimal product utilization, contributing to improved neurological patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Neuroscience, Communications, or Nursing.
• 1 year of experience in critical care or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales quotas through effective sales processes including lead follow-up and account qualification.
• Conduct onsite meetings with hospital staff and develop customer relationships in ICUs and EDs.
• Plan and execute product training and education programs for clinical staff in trauma and stroke centers.
• Support integration of pupillometry as a standard of care in new and existing accounts.
• Drive business expansion in existing accounts and increase sales of pupillometry products.
• Develop account-specific sales forecasts and strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Provide sales and marketing support at industry meetings.
