About the position

The Associate UX Designer will be responsible for designing and developing innovative web and mobile applications at HungerRush, a leading provider of integrated restaurant solutions. This role emphasizes creating visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces while collaborating closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product. The designer will also work with other stakeholders to meet requirements and stay updated with emerging design trends.

Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are fully integrated into the final product.
• Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends to continuously improve product offerings.
• Contribute to the creation of design and accessibility standards to ensure consistency across products.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Architecture, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Solid understanding of UX principles including information architecture, primary research, app-flows, and design systems.
• Strong skills in app-flow creation, design systems, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Knowledge of design best practices, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
