About the position

The Associate Video Coordinator at Real Life Christian Church is responsible for creating engaging video content that reflects the church's mission of transforming lives through storytelling. This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualization to post-production, while collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective communication of key messages.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and produce video content that aligns with the church's vision.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, pastors, and ministry leaders to develop video concepts and storylines.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and volunteers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative techniques in video production.
• Coordinate video shoots and logistics, ensuring smooth production workflows.
• Manage the church's video library and archives for easy access and future use.
• Integrate video content across various platforms, including the church website and social media.

Requirements

• Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
• Ability to meet deadlines quickly
• Ability to work in both a team and solo environment
• Efficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop & Media Encoder, or Davinci Product Suite
• Efficient with Canon, Sony, & Black Magic Cinema-style cameras
• Efficient in 3-point studio lighting
• Efficient with Audio Recording
• Comfortable with directing/technical directing a LIVE multi-camera shoot
