About the position

The Associate Web Designer will play a crucial role in the marketing team at Solution Tree, focusing on the design and maintenance of websites to enhance user experience and engagement. This position requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can contribute to various marketing initiatives, including web design, email marketing, and social media advertising, ultimately driving customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on creating and maintaining responsive website designs, graphics, and user interfaces utilizing HTML and CSS.
• Assist in the designing, planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.
• Create and resize social/web ads for all media channels.
• Assist in managing and publishing website content via management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Bootstrap, Pardot, Magento, GitHub.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Partner with marketing, design, content, and cross-functional teams to develop engaging web experiences.
• Experiment with new tools to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
• Solution-oriented and a creative thinker, with a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification equivalency.
• 2+ years of experience in web design, email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse web projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Figma, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with CMS such as WordPress, Bootstrap, Pardot, Magento, and GitHub is a plus.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and email performance metrics.
• Meticulous in campaign execution, list management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
