About the position

This is an excellent entry-level position in commercial real estate, designed to assist brokers in site selection and transaction work. The role aims to educate the individual on the leasing process, with the potential for long-term growth into a broker position.

Responsibilities

• Perform site selection research on retail markets nationwide
• Create spreadsheets and data tables in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, and Excel
• Work with mapping software and real estate databases
• Organize paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
• Support the team as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency with software and technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe products, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google My Maps
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information and work with sensitive issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative in ensuring completion
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Self-confident, self-directed, and collaborative

Nice-to-haves

• Real estate license preferred but not required
