About The Position
The Association Services ACH Representative is responsible for providing exceptional client service to both external clients, such as management companies and homeowners, and internal business units. This role involves processing a high volume of service requests, assisting with banking inquiries, and resolving client issues while adhering to bank policies and procedures. The representative will work in a non-facing environment, handling communications through phone and email, and will also support the Association Services Relationship Sales Managers and management team.
