About the position

The position involves managing an existing customer base in the architectural segment, demonstrating and selling products to potential buyers, and negotiating sales terms. The role requires identifying new markets and customer leads, particularly focusing on architectural customers, and developing innovative sales strategies to enhance sales within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Handling existing customer base on Archi Segment
  • Responsible for collections & any finance related issues
  • Discover and develop customers from market platform to buying platform
  • Handling all product trials and complaints
  • Maintain data on product performance and product movement
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory
  • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs
  • Gather market intelligence / Competitor Activities
  • Maintain sales data and comparisons with budget
  • Regular touch with key Architects, Builders & façade consultants to handle Indirect sales
  • Handle existing & new customers' requirements aligned with line manager.

Requirements

  • Min 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in Paints and Coatings Sales
  • Familiarity with at least 2 of 3 local languages - Tamil & Telugu
  • Experience in Architectural Sales background preferred
