Responsibilities

• Assist the Athletic Director in managing and overseeing the school's athletic programs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the football team.
• Coach and mentor athletes, fostering a positive and competitive environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state, local, and school regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with other coaches and staff to facilitate multi-sport athlete participation.
• Assist in scheduling games, organizing transportation, and managing equipment and facilities.
• Participate in fundraising and community events to support the athletic department.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student-athletes' academic success.
