About the position

The Assistant Director will assist the Director with all operations of the campus, including supervision of staff and faculty, developing strategies to improve services to students, clients, businesses and industries, recruitment, marketing, and other duties as assigned. The Assistant Director will be accountable for achieving the district goals by creating/maintaining a culture of professional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director with all operations of the campus
  • Supervise staff and faculty
  • Develop strategies to improve services to students, clients, businesses, and industries
  • Manage recruitment and marketing efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Accountable for achieving district goals

Requirements

  • Masters degree or higher
  • Secondary Principal Certificate
  • Qualify for a Technology Center Administrator's Credential
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience teaching or working as a Tech Center Director/Assistant Director or Secondary School Principal/Assistant Principal
  • Experience in supervision of ODCTE approved program
  • Travel and flexible work schedule required
