The Assistant Property Manager at First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) plays a crucial role in managing a 240-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. This position focuses on fostering positive resident relationships, promoting the community to prospective residents, and supporting the Property Manager in financial and operational strategies. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, and vendors.
  • Encourage prospective residents to live at the community through creative advertising and engaging tours.
  • Assist current residents with exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Property Manager in strategizing the financial performance of the community.
  • Report on community performance and operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager for a community of 100 units or more.
  • Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online leasing platforms such as Yardi, Yieldstar, and Rent Café.
  • High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
