Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in property management or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using property management software for tasks such as rent collection, maintenance tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of property management.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative processes, including lease agreements, tenant screening, and eviction procedures.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant issues or property maintenance concerns.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills for generating reports and maintaining property databases.
