About the position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a main store. This role includes managing financial aspects, sales promotions, personnel, inventory, and training, with a focus on achieving sales targets as per established Volume Standards.

Requirements

• 4 years of retail management experience within the last 6 years.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of retail management experience within the last 6 years.
