During a typical day, you'll bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to their health plans, conduct research and do outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, and assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information. Responsibilities

  • Recommend upgrades to health plans based on customer needs.
  • Conduct research and make outbound calls to answer customer inquiries regarding health care benefits and eligibility.
  • Assist members with logging into their online health accounts and understanding its functionality.
  • Locate doctor and facility information for customers.

Requirements

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer experience.
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps).
  • Smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare customer service.
  • Familiarity with health care benefits and enrollment processes.
