Responsibilities

  • Communicating and informing customers about the qualification process and wireless services provided by our clients
  • Providing a welcoming and positive experience to customers while answering their questions and concerns regarding qualification requirements and wireless cell phone technical inquiries
  • Networking and building relationships with fellow team members and organizations to expand our clients' products and services
  • Ensuring that all compliance is being followed per the client's guidelines
  • Qualifying customers for wireless phone services and ensuring they have all proper documentation if necessary
  • Inputting confidential information from customers such as identification documents, contact information, and state benefits documentation to verify eligibility for the free phone services.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and interact with people
  • Experience in customer service, community service, sales, non-profit work, knowledge of understanding products and services, or any related field
  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in customers' lives on a day-to-day basis
