About the position

The AT&T Brand Ambassador is a key role focused on promoting brand awareness and enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service and sales performance. This position involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

• Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving in-store sales.
• Communicate information and answer questions about our product.
• Ensure client information is maintained in a thorough, accurate, and accessible manner.
• Identify and understand competitors in the market to ensure an easy comparison for potential consumers.
• Provide a high level of quality and ensure standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to problem-solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Reliable transportation
