Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day communications to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, communications, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs, offering recommendations and improvements to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
