About the position

The AT&T Customer Support Representative at Valyrian Enterprises Inc. is responsible for managing sales and customer accounts within the local region. This role serves as the face of the company and the assigned brand, requiring a professional demeanor and strong customer interaction skills. The representative will work closely with a training team and an established representative to provide tailored solutions to customers, promote brand visibility, and contribute to a competitive sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with AT&T's consumers directly to provide tailored solutions to common communication needs.
  • Provide sales-related insight and options to potential new customers, comparing local competitors to ensure informed decisions.
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the entire process after they become members of the client.
  • Bring creative and innovative ideas to the customer service team to enhance service quality.
  • Promote working sales trends to the AT&T Customer Support Representative team to increase overall revenue.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the executive team to track progress towards company and personal sales goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an AT&T Customer Support Representative or in a sales-related field is preferred.
  • Open to adapting to understand various market and sales trends throughout the assigned region.
  • Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for making someone's day.
