This full-time position involves selling AT&T Wireless products in major retail locations, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets while providing life-changing connectivity solutions. The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commission potential, allowing associates to determine their earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell AT&T Wireless Product offerings inside major retailers.
  • Exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and positive rapport with retail leadership and employees.
  • Create solutions for customers while promoting the AT&T brand.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about AT&T's Wireless Products and Broadband services.
  • Attend daily training sessions and sales calls during assigned working hours.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail sales or service industry experience.
  • Ability to thrive on closing sales and optimizing earning potential.
  • Reliable transportation for daily commuting.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
