Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are preferred to enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provides a total sales solution to customers for their wireless needs, including consultative selling of devices, accessories, and service plans.
• Participates in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling and community involvement.
• Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical, and account issues.
• Handles multiple tasks and sales scenarios while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Demonstrates proficiency with store systems that support the customer experience, including point of sale and customer account management systems.
• Adheres to AT&T's code of conduct, dress code, and CELL Shop's core values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior customer service and sales experience (1 year preferred)
