As an AT&T Sales and Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with AT&T's innovative telecommunications solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through their journey of discovering and selecting the best products and services that meet their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about AT&T's products and services.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories based on their preferences.
  • Process transactions efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers in using their devices.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, and other communication devices.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
