Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in customer service and sales

• Exhibit and provide customers with specific product knowledge and information to build trust
• Assist customers with questions regarding featured client products/services
• Coordinate and arrange registration and sales materials for conferences
• Maintain project management system to observe marketing and sales program requests, promotions, and programs
• Ensure all collateral falls within brand guidelines, representing clients positively and professionally
• Learn effective communication in a professional environment
• Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, regularly reviewing product lines for market needs and financial sales goals
