About the position

As an Event Manager at BEST Crowd Management, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional event experiences at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing seamless events. You will be at the heart of operations, making every event a success under the guidance of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of event operations.
  • Recruit, hire, and train event staff.
  • Supervise and motivate Event Supervisors to ensure top performance.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact and support.
  • Identify and address issues at events, assisting with investigations as needed.
  • Handle emergencies with effective communication and swift action.
  • Manage technical and managerial aspects of event operations, responding to client requests.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures and conduct on-the-job training.
  • Ensure all procedures and training materials are up-to-date and positions are well-maintained.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional-level experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good independent judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in situations or information.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
