About the position

The AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading and managing a new flagship store location. This role focuses on developing a team of sales associates, driving sales and productivity goals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The manager will act as a brand ambassador for AT&T and Diversity Wireless, contributing to the store's operational effectiveness and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and inspire a team of diverse sales associates.
• Drive sales and productivity goals by managing the sales process and executing promotional plans.
• Ensure store appearance guidelines and operational effectiveness are met.
• Inspire store associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Conduct community outreach and promotional events.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of management experience in retail or wireless retail sales.
• 2 years or more of higher education.
• Proven track record of employee development and sales goal attainment.
• Strong communication, mathematics, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
