About The Position

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the Buy Online Pickup in Store process and ensure a smooth experience.
• Monitor alerts for timely completion of BOPS orders and conduct customer pickups.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures, adhering to asset protection and inventory control measures.
