About the position
The At Your Service Center Associate at Macy's is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during various in-store activities, including Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions and processing returns. Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
- Recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases.
- Assist customers with the total store experience, including online order fulfillment.
- Conduct customer pick-up for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
- Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
- Follow store audit policies and procedures for asset protection.
- Utilize point of sale technology to assist in selling and fulfilling orders.
Requirements
- Good understanding of products to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person and virtually.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales goals.
- Self-driven to keep up with product knowledge and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues.
