About the position

The ATE Test Engineer at NVIDIA will play a crucial role in transferring GPU, Tegra, and Automotive products from design engineering to mass production. This position involves working closely with overseas manufacturing teams to enhance yields, test coverage, and capacity while reducing production costs. The engineer will be responsible for defining, developing, implementing, and supporting ATE test program solutions, ensuring the highest quality in NVIDIA's server products.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for GPU/Tegra/Automotive products.
• Construct or enhance test methods, debug and integrate timings/levels/patterns/TM and test flow into a test program.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to debug product failures and implement solutions.
• Write and maintain scripts/tools for the test engineering group to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IC Design, application, or ATE testing of VLSI.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• Critical thinking, good communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills.
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of SmarTest 8.
• Experience in analog circuit design and PLLs.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and programming languages such as Perl/Python and/or Java, SQL.
• Experience with Teradyne platform.
• Knowledge of DRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D assembly.
