About the position

The Athletic Operator at Bucknell University is responsible for ensuring the successful production of athletic and non-athletic events at the Kenneth Langone Athletics & Recreation Center. This role is crucial in creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for attendees during events.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service on event day.
• Assisting with on-field/court activities as needed.
• Greeting patrons and assisting with finding their designated seating area.
• Enforcing University & Athletic Department policies.
• Serving as a statistician, replay operator, and/or time out coordinator.
• Supervising hospitality and restricted areas.

• Basic knowledge of concepts relating to athletic game management.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
