About the position

The ATM Configuration & QA Analyst role at Arthur Grand Technologies involves working closely with ATM machines to ensure proper configuration and quality assurance. The position requires monitoring ATM behavior, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining configuration databases, all while providing support for QA processes. This is a long-term contract position based in San Ramon, CA, requiring on-site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
• Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, blank screens, and reading ATM diagnostic screens.
• Support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
• Load fake cash, receipts, and statement papers to ATM.
• Request new IP Address for new ATM as required.
• Update Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
• Configure cash dispenser, fix jams, or reset various devices on ATM.
• Maintain different code levels on multiple Aconex environments.
• Support Aconex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in-house.
• Ensure crosscheck is always available and scripts are running.
• Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as supposed to.
• Send service requests to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.

Requirements

• Experience in ATM configuration and QA processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for ATM transactions.
• Familiarity with Aconex environments and configuration repositories.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week.

• Experience with unit testing in a QA environment.
• Knowledge of NCR support processes.
