About the position

Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ATM Configuration & Troubleshooting Analyst - Quality Analyst to support ATM configuration and quality assurance processes. This role involves deploying software on ATMs, monitoring their behavior, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining configuration databases. The position requires hands-on work with ATM machines and collaboration with QA teams to ensure smooth operations and effective troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
• Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, and blank screens.
• Read ATM diagnostic screens and support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
• Load fake cash, receipts, and statement papers to ATM.
• Request new IP Address for new ATM as required.
• Update Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
• Configure cash dispenser, fix jams, or reset various devices on ATM.
• Maintain different code levels on multiple Aconex environments.
• Support Aconex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in-house.
• Ensure crosscheck is always available and scripts are running.
• Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as supposed to.
• Send service requests to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in staff augmentation and technology consulting.
• Mid-level experience in unit testing and quality assurance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ATM machines and configurations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Aconex environments.
• Familiarity with ATM diagnostic tools and software.
