About the position

The ATM Manager at MidFirst Bank is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the ATM network. This role involves overseeing ATM performance, managing vendor relationships, implementing projects to enhance ATM security and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ATM Manager will also handle financial aspects related to ATM operations, including invoicing and cash management, while coordinating ATM installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the completion of daily activities, workflow, productivity and service level agreements for the ATM network
  • Receive, analyze, prepare and approve invoices for payment
  • Monitor ATM cash position on a daily basis and develop strategies to avoid outages and minimize both armored expense and lost interest on residuals
  • Manage all ATM service issues from response to resolution, developing and managing monitoring processes that minimize ATM downtime and keep vendors accountable
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and internet networking issues
  • Analyze profitability of the ATM network on a site-by-site basis
  • Develop and update reports pertaining to ATM financial and operational performance
  • Manage the installation lifecycle, including network setup, communication configuration, maintenance and armored coordination, and quality control verification
  • Complete obligations associated with vendor contracts, including lease agreements, maintenance agreements, service agreements, and equipment purchase agreements
  • Research and evaluate new technology and product offerings, developing recommendations and proposals for consideration
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve both physical and electronic security
  • Perform scheduled quality assurance site visits to all ATM locations, which will require interstate travel once or twice a year
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a role that involves technology management/trouble shooting and project management
  • Strong knowledge of and interest in PC hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to establish, track and meet varying deadlines and commitments

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years successful performance involving ATM services and/or vendor management
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively on the phone and through e-mail to internal and business partners
  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform specific tasks independently
  • Ability to quickly learn to navigate and operate job specific software and web-based applications
  • High degree of reliability
