About the position

Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a motivated ATM QA Analyst to support the quality assurance process for ATM machines. This role involves loading images, monitoring ATM behavior, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining configuration settings to ensure optimal performance of the ATMs.

Responsibilities

• Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
• Monitor behavior and report errors, wrong screen flows, beeping sounds, blank screens, and reading ATM diagnostic screens.
• Configure ATM settings and support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
• Load fake cash, receipts, and statement papers into ATMs.
• Request new IP addresses for new ATMs as required.
• Update Configuration Repository database as per requests from QA.
• Configure cash dispensers, fix jams, or reset various devices on ATMs.
• Maintain different code levels on multiple Aconex environments.
• Support Aconex Crosscheck to enable in-house unit testing by QA.
• Ensure crosscheck is always available and scripts are running.
• Troubleshoot transactions that are not working as expected on ATMs.
• Send service requests to NCR support when issues cannot be resolved.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience in unit testing.
• Basic understanding of ATM operations and configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with ATMs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Aconex environments.
• Familiarity with ATM diagnostic tools and software.
